After several years of co-ordinating concerts and Come & Sing days in London, in 2016 we teamed up with the wonderful Voyages to Antiquity to present an all new Come & Sing experience — at sea! The cruises so far have been such a success that in 2019 we have added new partner Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines for a new trip even closer to home.
Our Spring Cruise took place from May 1 – May 6 2019 with Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines. Starting and finishing in Southampton our singers sailed to Amsterdam and Antwerp with fascinating visits and loads of singing in the five day trip, returning just in time for the final two concerts of the Spring Series of the Brandenburg Choral Festival of London.
Voyages to Antiquity and Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines are two of the classiest cruise companies around, and their beautifully designed small-sized vessels make the perfect home for the Brandenburg Come and Sing at Sea experience. With fine wining and dining, cultural visits in most ports of call and choral workshops every day, this is indeed an award-winning cruise experience.
Features of each cruise will include:
Award-winning cruise experience by Voyages to Antiquity
Singing workshops every day
Bespoke repertoire selected by participants
Final concert performance
Special Brandenburg social events
Directed by Brandenburg Artistic Director, Bob Porter
If you have any questions, or would like to go ahead with a booking, please contact Bob Porter, Brandenburg Artistic Director, at email@example.com. There will be a special code word to take advantage of the Brandenburg elements of both cruises, so please make sure you contact him first!
