Allegri Singers
Stephen Anthony Brown
— Conductor

The Allegri Singers are a chamber choir based in the Bromley area, with all ages of singers, performing an adventurous repertoire to the highest standard. They currently perform four concerts a year, covering a wide spectrum of choral music from the Baroque period to the present day.

Recent highlights have included: the London Premiere of Timothy Hamilton's Requiem in St Paul's, Covent Garden (with the Rosenau Sinfonia) and sell-out performances of the Monteverdi Vespers and Bach's St John Passion. In June this year, they gave a highly successful concert performance of Purcell's Dido & Aeneas, with solo parts drawn from members of the choir.

The Allegri Singers pride themselves on their ability to perform a wide range of musical styles, with energy and panache.
