The Brandenburg Festival is delighted to promote the Fauré Requiem Celebration mini-tour.
November 4th 2026 is the 102nd anniversary of Fauré's death.
To mark this special date we will be performing his iconic Requiem setting in his own church l'Eglise de la Madeleine in Paris on November 4th.
This is the church in which Fauré's own funeral Requiem Mass was celebrated.
To perform in that special concert, you must also take part in the rehearsal and concert on October 31st in London. in St Stephens Church Gloucester Road London SW7 4RL
Both days will be conducted by a real Brandenburg regular - David Wordsworth.
To be clear - this ticket is to sing Bass in both the London & Paris concerts on 31st October & 4th November.
NB the beauty of the Paris leg is that it can be done on Eurostar in a day, although many singers last year turned it into a 2/3 daytrip.
We advise tacking on the days before the concert just in case there is a problem with Eurostar (very rare).
