We are delighted to welcome another American choir - the Harvard-Westlake Choir from Los Angeles led by their Director Dr. Zanaida Robles. They join us during their Performance and Heritage Tour of England to present a programme of exquisite choral items with a distinct American flavour running through.
The repertoire will include Sweelink, Tallis, Coleridge Taylor, Duruffle, Rutter, the Beatles, Jerome Kern and Sage Bond.
The Harvard-Westlake Upper School Choirs have earned numerous awards and accolades over the last 30 years. They have performed in historic venues and prestigious festivals and conferences throughout the United States and all over the world. They tour internationally on a regular basis and are recognised as one of the premier high school institutions for choral music in Southern California.
