Excalibur Voices was formed in 2012 to provide high quality performances of core and unusual repertoire throughout the South East. Members of Excalibur Voices include former choral scholars from Oxford and Cambridge Universities, experienced singers from many concert choirs, and former cathedral musicians. They come together from a wide geographical area to make music for short, intensive rehearsal periods.
Tonight they present an evocative and powerful programme comprising some of the most moving music for the Passiontide season, culminating in Lotti's great motet, Crucifixus.
