Formed in 1976 as a small group of parents and teachers at the newly built Angmering School, the choir celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2016. The anniversary concert was a performance of Requiem, Verdi, in Arundel Cathedral, where some members of another local choir joined in to perform before a capacity audience. Also in 2016 members of the choir travelled to Paris to perform Motets by Sir Karl Jenkins. In Brussels in 2018 the choir performed in Brussels Cathedral and Ghent Cathedral. To these trips can be added 6 prior performances in the Brandenburg series. In the Spring of 2017, Arundel Cathedral was host to a cathedral first – Jazz in the Cathedral – when the choir performed Mass in Blue and Jazz Missa Brevis by Will Todd. The choir marked the 100th anniversary of the 1918 Armistice with a performance in Arundel Cathedral of The Armed Man, Jenkins and Requiem, Duruflé before a capacity audience.
