Messiah with Brass

  • St Stephen's Gloucester Road Gloucester Road and Southwell Gardens London SW7 4RL United Kingdom (map)

Handel’s Messiah is probably his best-known and most-loved work for its beautiful solos and duets, rousing choruses and dramatic instrumental writing. Tonight we give the string players a night off and present this piece as you’ve probably never heard it before: with brass band accompaniment! Join the Brandenburg Festival Chorus, Brandenburg Brass and the festival's Artistic Director, Robert Porter, for this rather different performance of Handel's masterpiece.
