The Festival welcomes back Felicitas to the 2018 Autumn Series. Simon Winters conducts this exploration of the spread of musical influences throughout Europe with works by many composers including Byrd, Finzi, Josquin, Mendelssohn, Monteverdi, Palestrina, Saint-Saëns, Schubert, Stanford and Victoria. The concert will comprise sacred music, madrigals and partsongs, and will be sung in a mixture of English, French, German and Italian. Join us in the beautiful church of St Mary-le-Bow for this rich and varied programme celebrating Europe’s musical heritage.
