Come & Sing: Every Purpose Under the Heaven - with Howard Goodall

  • St Sepulchre-without-Newgate Holborn Viaduct London, EC1A 2DQ United Kingdom (map)

Every Purpose Under The Heaven is also known as The King James Bible Oratorio, a piece for soprano and tenor soloists and mixed choir. It was commissioned as a gift to the United Church Schools Trust/United Learning Trust, from Sir Ewan and Lady Harper, to mark the 400th anniversary of the King James Bible.

Anyone who attended our Come & Sing with Howard in February will know just how brilliant an experience it is to learn a piece with its composer. And what a lovely composer! His insights into Eternal Light were invaluable, and Every Purpose Under the Heaven will no doubt be the same.
