The perfect Sunday treat — a relaxing early evening concert in beautiful surroundings. For full indulgence, book in early for the grange Afternoon Tea — or even an overnight stay!
Join us at the Grange Wellington Hotel for the first of the Spring Sunday Series concerts. The Cantabrigians, a fabulous female vocal ensemble from Cambridge, will delight us with a programme of vocal music, both a cappella and accompanied by the ravishing sound of the harp. The first half focuses on the music of the melodious twentieth-century composer Andrew Downes (b. 1950); the second explores the repertoire for three female voices which flourished in mid-17th century Italy.
