Two of the country’s most dynamic workplace choirs perform a diverse programme of pop, gospel, folk and classical music.
Citi UK Choir was established in 2013 by Gareth Malone, competing with other workplace choirs in his highly popular BBC television series "Sing While You Work". They made their way to the final which was broadcast from Ely Cathedral at Christmas that year to a TV audience in excess of 3 million people. Since then the Choir has grown from 22 to 40 singers and continues to draw from all levels and departments in Citi’s Canary Wharf office. Led by top music professionals Dan Ludford-Thomas and Peter Mitchell, the Choir rehearse weekly, performing a diverse repertoire for clients, colleagues and the community.
