The fabulous Purcell Singers return to the Brandenburg Choral Festival of London for this late-night concert of music old and new. The programme opens with Thomas Tallis's spellbinding Motet for 40 voices, Spem in alium, and also includes motets by two other English composers Byrd and Purcell, and more recent works by Tavener, Whitacre and Gorecki. Join us in the beautiful candlelit surroundings for this mesmerising a cappella performance by one of London's finest choirs.
