ABOUT THE PERFORMERS

Academix are an exciting 5-piece contemporary a cappella band based in Woking - bringing close harmony pop and jazz to Surrey and entertaining all over the South East. Starting with the tradition of The Swingle Singers, they add the movement, smooth grooves, beatbox, and unique arranging style that has been so successful with TV shows like Glee and the hit movies Pitch Perfect 1 & 2. Their sets range from the Andrew Sisters and the Beatles to Coldplay and Taylor Swift! All of Academix's repertoire is arranged specifically for the group by its members, making the most of their unique versatility and talents.
